The fabric I ordered is of excellent quality - in fact, better than I anticipated! - and although I had to wait a while for it (as, contrary to the url, the company is based in Germany) it was worth the wait. I was also kept informed of the progress of my order.
This is not the first time I have used My Fabrics, and it won’t be the last.

Love the quality & choice.
I love the quality of fabrics I have chosen and bought. I also love that there is so much choice on their web site. Delivery is quick considering it is shipped from abroad.

First class customer service!
I had a problem with my first order which was delivered to a wrong address. However, MyFabric were extremely helpful and efficient in guiding me through the process of claiming a refund from the the delivery company.
When I re-ordered the fabric it was delivered very quickly.
The fabric is gorgeous and the choice of fabrics excellent.

Good selection and easy to use
I like the selection and the website is easy to use. I had issues with my address as my house does not have a number or a street, fairly common in rural areas I would think. I would love more cotton/linen fabrics
