Wine was very promptly despatched and extremely well packed and safely packaged.
However, DHL the courier, despite arrows all over the box with messages saying please keep this way up with arrows pointing upwards, the box was placed on the doorstep … upside down !
Hopefully the wine will have survived its transportation drama and is now asleep and resting in the wine conditioner !

Wine was delivered promptly as ordered (and is very nice!) but the case was addressed to house #2 and not our house number so, unsurprisingly, the 1st delivery attempt was rejected. Somewhere between Strictly Wine and the wholesaler (Berkmann) our delivery details were miss-entered. Fortunately I was able to spot the error before the 2nd delivery attempt and correct it with the courier.

Absolutely amazing service! I queried how quickly an order would be delivered as we had a special occasion coming up. My query was answered immediately. I was kept informed every step of the way and was so impressed. This company still delivers traditional excellent customer service. Well done guys!!!

Price was best as I’m sure the product is of the usual standard. Delivery was made prompt and though I wasn’t in to accept delivery, driver left it safe with my neighbour rather than some other drivers whom would leave deliveries vulnerable on a door step.

Ordered and mad a note that I needed it by Friday. I got a reply to say they would make sure it was delivered by that date then the next day received another email to say they have dispatched it early and I would receive it the next day. Excellent service.

The detailed description of the wines and their provenance is excellent. I particularly appreciated the wide choice of Greek wines. Your website allows easy ordering and quick delivery. All in all a great first experience of ordering wine online.

reasonable prices. Fast delivery at a very busy time of year. Superb safe and ecological packing - no plastic at all. Well done for that. I would highly recommend this retailer. Only downside is using DPD as couriers!

They were easy to deal with, and goods arrived promptly. My 1 star reduction was simply to do with the need that they didn't keep me updated about the order, so I had to ring them several times to check the delivery date.

According to our records you called on the Monday after your Saturday order and we confirmed that we would deliver Thursday; we reconfirmed this when you called on Wednesday and followed up with a personal email; and your order was duly delivered on Thursday and left safe as requested.
