Wine was very promptly despatched and extremely well packed and safely packaged.
However, DHL the courier, despite arrows all over the box with messages saying please keep this way up with arrows pointing upwards, the box was placed on the doorstep … upside down !
Hopefully the wine will have survived its transportation drama and is now asleep and resting in the wine conditioner !

They were easy to deal with, and goods arrived promptly. My 1 star reduction was simply to do with the need that they didn't keep me updated about the order, so I had to ring them several times to check the delivery date.

We're sorry you felt you had to reduce your rating, as most of our customers compliment us on our communication. According to our records you called on the Monday after your Saturday order and we confirmed that we would deliver Thursday; we reconfirmed this when you called on Wednesday and followed up with a personal email; and your order was duly delivered on Thursday and left safe as requested.
