Wine order processing and information very good and, when received, wine well packed and protected. This was my first order from Strictly and I would order from there in future DHL delivery however - not so good. Wine not delivered on time predicted on their site - not even on the same day. Their site stated that they tried unsuccessfully to deliver at 8 pm, which was not true and confirmed by my CCTV. They need to be more precise and truthful!

I'm sorry to report that 6 bottles red wine were substandard I only placed my order because you were selling the Buitenverwachting Christine 2016 this is one of our favorite reds we also gave some to a client and it disappointed them I don't know if we had a bad batch or hadn't been stored correctly but they tasted sour . I even decanted and let them settle nice in preparation for a lunch I can say the other wines were perfectly fine . Just very disappointed with them sorry comments appreciated regards john Rowley snr
