All worked for me so when needed I would order from IPF again. The only thing that let my order down was delivery by DPD who decided to deliver my parcel at a drop off shop instead of my home address after waiting in all day, no notification left or sent informing me of this. I only found out chasing up my order with ipf.

I have been a customer with iPFstore for over last two years. They have been delivering orders on the next day basis.
Unfortunately my latest order( and the biggest one) is yet to be delivered despite my follow-up and they are not providing any feedback or status.
Something is very wrong here.

Not delivered when said it would be due to courier not bothering to deliver to my office.
We are part of a serviced office starting at 8.30 , item was “delivered” at gone 9 but “the offices were closed”.
You should consider changing courier to DPD we find the slot better!
