All worked for me so when needed I would order from IPF again. The only thing that let my order down was delivery by DPD who decided to deliver my parcel at a drop off shop instead of my home address after waiting in all day, no notification left or sent informing me of this. I only found out chasing up my order with ipf.

Over the last four orders there has always been issues with delivery, missing items and wrong items supplied. This last order was as usual paid for "next day" delivery , the order however was not completed until two days later. In contractual terms NEXT day , when the order is placed before 10am , ends at midnight on the following day . Any charges made for next day are unfair and unattained ! Complaints made have been ignored and this shows that it is now considered normal.
