Hi Nick, Many thanks for your comments. I totally understand your point. Carriage and shipping is very difficult to set up in a way that suits every type of product that we sell. We are only a small company of 4 people and it is hard to manage this to keep everyone happy. The product variables are so different for the items that we sell such as size, weight, value that we have to simplify the rules to make this easier to manage in the back of the website. I know that your order would have probably gone in the post on a 1st class stamp but there is no tracking with this and we have so many items that get lost in the post unfortunately and we end up having to replace or refund and loose out all the time. Sorry for the long explanation but thought it was required. Regards Chris

Very weird regarding the delivery info as we only recieved your order at 4.41pm on Thursday and our courier picks up at 4.00pm every day, so it was always going to be dispatched on Friday. We did upgrade your delivery to a next day as you just opted for the free standard 3-4 day delivery option. A bonus that you got it Saturday though. Well done DPD. Cheers Chris

Unfortunately carriage charges have gone up considerably recently from all couriers and costs us much more than we charge, especially for next day options which you chose.
