My dogs absolutely love Platinum - we’ve just switched to it from a more expensive food & they all absolutely wolf it! It’s excellent quality in general but then when you factor in the affordability it’s even better. I’m impressed. You can see & smell the quality of the food. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was that the treats I ordered alongside the food didn’t arrive but I called customer service & they apologised & sent it out the same day I called (my dogs are eagerly awaiting delivery - I’m sure they’ll love them). Would definitely recommend this brand.

After trying our free samples of meaty crisp chicken and fish, I was eager to purchase some more before we ran out. Our fussy cat has been quite difficult to satisfy since losing his best friend,, but these crisps seems to do the job. I’ve been rationing out the last of our samples, and was very pleased when my order for replenishments arrived speedily, The DPD delivery came when they notified us, in good time, so when our elderly cat came asking for more, I was able to keep him happy. Thank you platinum.

I have a very fussy cockapoo who has to be starving before she will eat biscuits alone. This chicken based dry food is tasty and keeps her interest, while giving her the nutrients she needs. Customer service is excellent, with good communication and lots of access to helpful information. Finding Platinum has been significant in assisting me to train my dog without loading her with treats. Something I see other dog owners do but never thought id be able to do myself. Thankyou Platinum.

Fantastic brand. Love that the food is as near to raw but in a dry food. I have a 20 month old Frenchie and he loves his food. I've had no issues with skin problems etc that Frenchies are known to have on other dry foods. He's favourite is lamb. Would highly recommend and have done to plenty of other dog owners after they ask what I'm feeding him as his coat is so shiny and he isn't overweight. If unsure try the sample packs.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Finally a dry food that my fussy dog actually enjoys. The food was delivered within 2 days and came with a free measuring cup, thank you 😊 the food is soft as described and has a lovely 'real food' smell off of it. My Vizsla is normally a really fussy eater but so far she is loving this food and not leaving a single drop. Really good value for the quality of this food.

Really swift delivery. Unfortunately my dogs did not get on with the food so am sticking with a raw diet. However, the kibble is moist and does appear to be of a better quality than you get for similar in the big pet shop chains at a very affordable price. Not sure why some complain about the smell, it has a subtle aroma, but can't smell anything when the bag is sealed.

I ordered iberico and greens mini for my 2 dogs to try. Well they are not fussy dogs but they couldn't wolf these down fast enough!! I also ordered wet food that I have previously used. The wet food always smells amazing and goes down very well. My dogs have lots of variety of dog foods but I think Platinum could be their favourite.

Our dogs love Platinum. Our dogs are on a mix of platinum and a home cooked, whole food diet and all 4 of them are super healthy and have wonderful coats (one is a Chow Chow). Would definitely recommend! Also I have been in touch a couple times for various bits of advice and to alter an order and found their service to be excellent.

The food is good my dogs enjoy it they have kibble. I've just ordered some dog meat and they enjoy this aswell. I have also ordered a pkt of mini kibble to try . Not sure why you don't do 1.5 bags and 5kg bags in mini I have 3 very small dogs so this could work out more expensive. The delivery is always quick so very satisfied

Was looking for another semi moist dog food after the price hike of our previous brand. This product did not disappoint, Excellent quality of semi moist dog food. Our boys love it , with a mix of flavours to mix it up. Reseal on the bag for freshness. Delivery arrived the very next day 10/10.

I have one very fussy cockapoo. I’ve tried every brand of food going. Came across yours and thought I’d give it a go. Well, he now clears his bowl and looks for more. He even drools when I’m making his food. And it smells lovely, the wet chicken smells like a Sunday roast. Thank you so much.

Fantastic product for my dog We use this for my girl when we go away on holiday as at home she’s raw fed and with platinum you don’t have to do a transition change over you can switch straight away which makes it easier for us as well Smells good enough to eat myself too 😂

Apart from the cost to post (I live in NI and it’s £10 if I don’t order 2 bags which I don’t need as I have one cat and I can’t find this in the shops to buy) my cat loves this. We got a free sample from a monthly treat box and it’s one of her two top foods to eat.

Dogs love the chicken semi moist food, our dogs have inconsistent poops on various other food we have tried. 2 days on platinum food poops a lot smaller ,firm,only poop once, sometimes twice a day.the food does have nice smell to it.

My very fussy dog that hates meat is loving his mini bites food so pleased I haven’t given him chicken as they think he is allergic to that but all the rest he loves so fingers crossed he will carry on eating it keep up the good work

This the only cat food my cat has never refused to eat,he comes running when he hears the bag open and nearly knocks it out of my hand if he thinks I’m not putting it in his bowl quickly enough High meat content and excellent quality

Trial pack arrived very quickly my dogs seemed to enjoy the trial so decided to order which also arrived very quickly. Haven't opened the food yet as want to finish the previous brand but interested to see what they think

I have been using Platinum meatcrisp for my Maine Coon and British Shorthairs for several years. The food is of superb quality and the Company is also excellent. My cats devour both the chicken and fish flavour.

My dogs love this food. One in particular has a sensitive stomach and digests this food no problem. Been buying this for many years now and will continue to do so. Added bonus extremely quick delivery.

It's fantastic, my 10 year old 8kg female cavachon loves it, it's not too hard like kibble, it doesn't smell offensive like most pet food. It's premium quality and I often recommend it too other owners.
