My dog liked it. Easy to order. Came on time.

Fantastic service, order arrives very quickly. But no communication to say order has been despatched other than email from DPD. Down side is that products are constantly out of stock & no reply from contact form to say when stock will be back.

Ordering and delivery was quick and easy. Cats, so far, are enjoying the food.

Easy to order, good quality food and delivery times. Like the free delivery but think over £25 would be good for smaller orders, also maybe puppy bundle offers

Well the dogs love the food but this order has not reached us yet. Fingers crossed it gets here soon as we are nearly out. One dog is on a diet and the other has just graduated to adult formula. Great that it is easy to weigh out their individual portions.

Easy to order and quick delivery. I had trouble with their web site would not let me check out as a guest. Would not recognise my email/password for account. Didn’t send a link to reset password. Eventually I gave up and made a new account with an email address I don’t use much as this was the only option to place an order

Great quality product and I believe our department g is thriving on it. Delivery is always swift and efficient. We are relatively new but loyal customers with 32 orders under our belt now at around £80 each. Some form of loyalty discount is all this company could do to make me happier.

Delivery wasn’t packed well, the box arrived completely broken at one end, I’m surprised my order hadn’t fallen out - needed a stronger box, otherwise fine.

Ronnie seems really satisfied with the food even without his usual fresh meat topper Not yet tried the beef hence I haven’t given 5 stars at the moment

Fast delivery and a good product. Sadly, out of stock of the product I actually wanted, so had to substitute.

I like that they are soft and easily digestible for my 3 dogs and they all like them which is really unusual
