Love that the descriptions are accurate and items in really good condition on arrival. Prices can be very reasonable, especially if there's a sale but you have to know your stuff to see if it's a bargain or not. Contact could be a lot better and can sometimes not get a response from website messages which is disappointing.

I particularly like how well-packaged the unit was. Although DPD couriers handled it very well, I think it could've withstood a minor drop. It used some unusual shaped cushioning, moulded to the exact sizes of both the unit and the shipping container. As such, it's probably reusable for cushioning different equipment, during reorganising storage etc. I also liked how the unit worked instantly upon being powered up etc. That should be normal, but it's still always nice when products behave. I think they could improve with giving customers an estimated despatch date, rather than having to dig around in the FAQs for the info. They also had a glitch logging in to my account: First try produced random/irrelevant error messages, but if I ignored those and clicked the login button a second time, that succeeded. The only gripes I could find are minor, and they sold me a high-spec product at a very low price.

There gaming machines are brilliant for teens who want to start gaming as the graphics card are good enough for fornite/COD/Fifa etc just avoid anything that has xx30 series graphics card(ideally for minecraft or very basic gaming) where possible go as high as you can afford gtx xx50+ are good but a rtx ×× 40+ will give you more years and better graphics. Don't forget to sign up on email and get 10% off first order and you can use to topcashback for little something back as well. I haven't need there customer service yet so all good so far I have been a repeat customer and will remain and highly recommend them. keep the good work up fellas

A good range of equipment at good prices. The condition of the laptop I bought was 'b' but appeared brand new. Minor quibbles: a) The laptop I received had a US keyboard layout. This is the physical keyboard layout, not the Windows settings. No problem for me, it may has been in the product description but I did not notice it. b) The Dell Bluetooth driver was not installed, plus all the Dell drivers for BIOS etc were out of date. A trip to the Dell support site sorted this out.

Purchased a refurbished mini-computer which arrived well packaged within a short delivery window. Great purchase which worked first-time out of the box. There was no documentation or ‘quick start’ information provided which may be a problem for customers with little experience or technical knowledge. However, I would definitely recommend this supplier and will no doubt use them again in the future.

Customer service was brilliant. My original choice of laptop didn't pass the pre-posting check-up. They emailed me immediately, found another laptop of the same make and model but with a few scratches on the lid. This was slightly cheaper than the first item, so they refunded me the difference. Very pleasant to deal with. Efficient and honest.

Ordered a refurbished Dell laptop that was at a fantastic price. It was advertised as “C Grade” but when I received it, I was surprised that it was in great condition…nothing like a “C Grade” imho. Quick delivery too and very well packaged. Would highly recommend Stone for your next purchase!

The original computer I wanted turned out to be faulty and was not dispatched, Stone allowed me a replacement that was more expensive at no extra charge and super fast delivery. Very impressed all in all I got a 2019 dell laptop that retailed for over £1200 for £250 and it works a treat.

Ordered a laptop and unfortunately on test it had failed so the emailed offering either money back or more expensive laptop at the price I paid. Took that one and couldn’t believe how good it was for the money we paid, Grandaughter loved it and ideal for her collage work.

The HP EliteOne G3 800 I bought was above and beyond what I expected for the price. Also some propriety HD mounting screws were not included, when I asked for them and offered to pay the postage they were sent the following day with no charge. Brilliant service.

My second order with this company and the Lenovo ThinkPad T490s I received was in excellent condition. I got them to upgrade the SSD to save me time cloning a new larger one. They are now my go to company form refurb needs. Efficient, polite and professional.

Ordering was really easy online, for a grade b the laptop was spotless, I can't see why it was grade b. Delivery excellent. All round a really good service bring technology on lower budget and saving loads of really useable tech from the scrap heap.

Used this company several times. Products are excellent as is ordering. Only concern is that a discount is offered once you purchase from them. Not many people will be ordering a couple of weeks later. And seniors discount is slightly confusing.

Great service and computer sent when I asked so I could be sure to be in when it was delivered. Sadly let down by DPD who didn’t give me more than 10 seconds to get to the door but it was delivered the next day. Really good value and quality.

The Desktop that I bought,when it arrived wasn't a tower as advertised, but I can live with that. It was delivered on time and really well packed and looked like new. No problems with the set up or performance, very good value for money.
