A very good, reliable, professional service. A long list of various auto electrical items were ordered and they all came quickly (2 working days with Royal Mail), well packed with great attention to detail. Just amazing, every part was clearly identified, helping greatly in seeing what is what, with detailed printed labels on component bags, even bespoke lengths of cable and tubing, neatly coiled, of various sizes all came tagged with labels! Again the despatch note is clearly set out and with mini photos of each item. I could not want more. Many thanks.

Export order, but not clear if you charged UK VAT. It would be better if you had Trusted Trader Status with Ireland. Sorry!

Hi Kevin, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I'm sorry to hear that you had a problem with your order. I can see from our support ticketing system that one of our customer support team replied to your e-mail enquiry on the same day (14th June) requesting some further information but unfortunately we did not hear back from you. I cannot see any mention of a discount being offered and I can assure you that we would always offer a replacement or refund in the first instance where incorrect goods have been sent.
