Good , responsive service. Though I understand about particular positions a light the passport picture taking was painful. Also a helpline would be an asset especially for older folk ! Like us

Very pleased with how you dealt with a few problems I had.
It was fairly quick & easy but struggled when attaching the photograph but this is more than likely due to dodgy old man syndrome.
