We have been using mole for a while now and at the start our dog who needs grain free etc the wet and dry food used to come really quickly but I would say in the last 6 months even though we order the food in plenty of time we can run out due to the time it takes to send out the food I would also recommend that if there is a delay in one of the products then it would be nice to contact the customer as one time it took nearly 3weeks to receive our order due to the dry food being out of stock but they really should have contacted us and sent out the wet instead but overall the staff are pleasant to deal with and helpful

The items I purchased were shown as in stock at time of ordering and the delivery information stated that delivery would be 3 - 5 working days. A week after placing the order, I had not received any dispatch confirmation so sent a query asking for an update. Within 24 hours I received an automated mail stating my order had been dispatched with a link to track it. The link didn’t work, so I sent another query asking for a new link. The next day I received a response to my initial query to inform me my order would be dispatched that day! The following day I received a response to my second query about the tracking link which included a tracking number. I then received my order later the same day. Overall, the experience was ok as I received my order and the product is good. However, the delivery and communication to customers isn’t so good. I’ve spoken to other people that have ordered from them online and they’ve stated that they have had similar experiences.

Online delivery can be so hit and miss, examples are I've made an online order and had no confirmation it was placed then seen money was taken from my account, chased it up and next thing I get an email saying my order is ready for delivery. I have placed food orders for my dogs when I've had around a week supply left yet I had to buy something else to keep them fed as delivery took that long. Other times I've ordered and it comes within a couple days!!

Unpredictable dispatch times

The main problem is that dispatch and delivery times are so unpredictable. On occasions I have received items the day after ordering, yet on other occasions it has taken 5 days before an item is dispatched and it has not arrived until a full week after ordering. This makes it impossible to know exactly when to order things before they run out. The website is good and easy to navigate, but the dispatch and delivery lieu times need to be standardised.

Called as tracking information not working, was in formed delivery wouldn't before until the following week and the transport company would let me know a day. Had call from transport company following day that they were there and where was I. As I was at work had to make short notice arrangements for someone to meet the. Transport company.

Hoof Trimmers

I have used Mole Valley a few times now and have to say yet again I was impressed with the outstanding service received. I was in desperate need of some new hoof trimmers for my goats so Mole Valley was my first choice. They had in stock just what I needed. The website is a total dream to use and delivery was received really quickly.

Cannot fault Mole.

Ordered two blankets at the fraction of the cost of other websites. They quickly got in touch regarding them only having one in stock. Apologised for the inconvenience and quickly refunded me the difference. And on top of that gave me a discount code to use again. Delivery was quick, quality of items were great. Thank you.

Easy ordering and excellent service. Shepherds Crook was just right for me.

Easy ordering, quick to dispatch and goods exactly as described. Shepherds crook was muck lighter than many varieties and so easier for an elderly person to handle. I cut the brass ferrel of and fitted a replacement rubber one, which doesn'd slip so easily. Very happy with my purchase and the service given by Moles.

Your outlets should have a better idea when stock is due, as ended up finding the item online but would rather not have to pay the delivery charge for what I would have thought was a normal item. Communication rather erratic as to when delivery would be made especially as had only a short window of being available.

Don't be put off by trust pilot.. no issues here!

Was a little put off by the trust pilot reviews but price was good so went for it. Glad I did! Saved lots of the dog food I ordered, found a discount code so got more off and free delivery. Recieved a confirmation email straight away and then a dispatched on a couple of days later. Will be ordering again.

My 16 year old dog needed high protein food and this delivers. She is gaining weight now which has been hard to do. I mix tinned with dry and she wolfs it down.. She also has a sensitive tummy and she has been fine on this food and it’s not as expensive as some. Finally found a diet that is great for her.

No communication to say items ordered wouldn't be delivered together because over weight limit making it appear there were missing items. This meant time spent contacting CS tel.no. to find out. CS were reasonably good but not quick to clarify, lady seemed bit non-bothered by our question.

Product we're fine...shame about…

Product we're fine...shame about delivery..it was left on my doorstep in open daylight at 9.30 till I managed to.get neighbour to rescue it...they said they would leave with neighbour if I was out....they did not... No one signed for it.. They said I did...I was at work...not good enough

This is my third mole Unfortunately my second was stolen I think that happened because they are excellent for horse fencing No big battery’s to carry home every few weeks A couple of smaller ones to click on and out much easier when the weather is cold and it pouring down with rain

Customer service

Placed order and received confirmation but no dispatch info. Concerned about my order not going to be delivered in the 5 day window, I called the customer services who quickly resolved the issue and I received the order soon after.

Placed an order and all went through successfully. About a week later I was notified that an item was out of stock and refunded. I received the refund before the email explaining which was confusing. Delivery is quite slow as well.

good quality and quick delivery

My dog loves the Country Dog Premium Grain Free Adult 1+ Salmon and Sweet Potato. He had problems with loose stools so I searched for food without chicken or chicken fat, this food has sorted his issue and it's all solid poos now

Trustworthy company

I like the way the product is plastic free and value for money. The delivery is quick and when I had a problem with it once which was my fault Mole Valley responded with excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them.

Great Service

Dog food at great prices delivered to my door in good time. Needed to find dog food that contained no rice or chicken. Not easy but found Salmon and Sweet Potato at Mole and received my delivery a few days after ordering it.

DHL, Had troiuble with initial collection, You could advise customer at point of purchase of possible delays due to supply problems, DHL told me of delay and next working day deliery, this was exaserpated by a bank holiday.

There was an issue with bag of dog food that didn't turn up prosumed lost in transit ,but I contacted Mole valley &they sent a replacement bag which I recieved today.Many thanks Mole Valley, great customer service.
