As a first time customer I found the site user friendly , clear and easy to navigate.
I changed my plans to be available for DHL delivery slot as a signature is required. I received a mobile message stating delivery had been made. I saw the van driver drive off, without ringing my doorbell or leaving any message. I eventually got through to DHL on my 3rd attempt, then discovered my wine dumped at the side of my house. Not impressed.
I ordered a vintage bottle of port as a gift for a retirement party. Unfortunately, this company uses a poor courier service and despite ordering the product a full week before it was needed and paying for express 1-2 days delivery, the port did not arrive in time. I pleaded with the company to send a replacement so that I had the gift in time but they refused, saying it needed to be returned by the courier or reported lost before they would refund me. They did agree to refund me eventually but too late to find a replacement gift prior to the party.

Having never bought from them I am looking forward to doing so againn
Having never bought from Vintage before. Wow simply wow. The advice on the website was terrific albeit I did ask CoPilot about what 92 points meant. The price was amazing, I wish I had bought more given that I am giving all 5 bottles away as presents. This is a reminder of why Internet shopping is so good when you stop bothering with amazon. Shipping was perfect, as can be seen by the pictures. every bottle was in air padding, the bottom the box was padded , instruction were printed big on the outside of the box, DHL dropped it literally by my bed (i am disabled). Next time I am buying alcohol as a present I am starting by looking at you. Thoroughly, thoroughly recommended. Kate

Superb customer service.
Bottle of 1964 wine had a broken seal and cork disintegrated on arrival. I sent an email of complaint and within minutes I had a notification from DHL to say another bottle was on the way, followed by a customer service email to confirm. 60th birthday treat saved!!

I ordered from Germany as a birthday present to be delivered in the UK. And it worked very uncomplicated, fast and reliable. It was delivered within the anounced time frame and for this it arrived at the right time. Also the wine was as described and shown on the picture.

I was told a signature was required so I stayed in but the package was left on the door step. I checked on the door bell CCTV and no attempt to ring the doorbell took place.

Thank you for your review David, while we do advise that a signature is preferable for delivery we do also offer an option to leave with a neighbour, or to leave in a safe location if selected. I can see the parcel was delivered safely the next working day and I do hope you enjoy your bottle of Graham's 1970 Vintage Port.
