Watch did not have problems on the first day, where the day and date did not line up. Customer Support agreed that the product was in error, and suggested I return it. The Customer Support indicated that they are unwilling to accept returns and wants to repair a waych worn only one day - quite disappointing! I will be asking that my request be elevated to the Customer Service Manager. I really like to avoid disputes and hopeful that the management team will respond reasonably. It is proving to be an unexpected hastle of doing business with Ormoda.
