Hi Graham, thank you for the super positive feedback, 5 Star review and kind words, it really is appreciated. I will pass on your comments about the packaging. We don't use Jiffy bags as we would rather use the DPD Bags as these are 100% recyclable, and made from 80% recycled materials. Plus DPD Bags tend to keep the goods clean and dry and don't suffer from moisture which paper products can. Typically the inner item is further wrapped in used cardboard to protect the product. In this instance we will look to make sure items are not overly packaged in the future. All the best, Andrew and team @ AJ's
