Hello. I see you placed an order on a Saturday, so we shipped it on the Monday, to be with you on Tuesday, which it was. I do not understand why you have given us 1 star? We haven't heard any complaint from you, and the website would have clearly stated an estimated time of arrival (the Tuesday it was delivered)

Excellent customer service, I ordered an item late on a Friday to be delivered to a hire studio for first thing Monday, which I never like doing,
AJ’s called to say they could deliver next day guaranteed to my home address for the same cost,

Great attentive customer service!

A trusted and helpful company
Customer service staff are always helpful and quick with advice or sourcing answers. Range of products is good and if it's says its in stock on the website, we've never had trouble purchasing the item (some other companies list kit as in stock when it's on a back order or they'll cross-purchase it in). Nice to have delivery options too.
