Ordered a swimming costume which arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately the item did not fit as well as I expected, not a quality issue. I followed the return instructions, which were easy to find and returned the item. I received my refund just as quickly. So five starts for excellent customer service and easy to use website. While the item did not fit the returns process would definitely encourage me to shop here again.

Should be contacted if order is unable to be completed. As mine is still showing as processing a week after I ordered it (when it showed in stock at time of ordering) but the product now shows out of stock online but had no email or phone call to let me know what’s happening

The order came through much quicker than I had anticipated which made for a very happy grandson.
Disappointed that the VAT was not taken off other swim companies do take the VAT off when sending to Channel Islands

We have sent a personal reply to you. in summary there was a technical error with this purchase which failed to deduct the VAT, we have manually actioned that and would have done so at the time of purchase had it been brought to our attention at that point
