Good pricing but last order was a box of contact lens short.It has been sorted out but slow service.Seems to take customer services a week to response to emails but it’s sorted out now. approximately three weeks from reporting to replacements arriving.Hopefully this can be improved on would like to keep using them.

The service itself is not bad, took a while for my glasses to be delivered but not a huge problem. The try on at home service is great. I am really disappointed with the lenses though. I elected to have premium lenses and chose the super hydrophobic & blue light protection coatings. Not cheap extras. The problem is that the lenses have a yellow tint which I hate as it looks old fashioned and they pick up smudges & smears incredibly easy. Very disappointed to have paid so much for these extras
