There is not a better portable, espresso device on the market than the Handpresso pump. I’ve been using them for years and they are durable, lightweight, very easy to travel with and they always provide an excellent cup of espresso. The maker of this product is highly professional and Handpresso customer service is quick to respond with answers to questions. Though I cannot find a seller of Handpresso products here in the USA, I am more than happy to purchase directly from the manufacturer located in France. Handpresso ships their products very quickly, no problems.

The article was returned before I could collect it at the postal office and no alert or option to keep it waiting for one more day was offered. I sent email in French to Handpresso politely asking to get product resent. No answer yet. I also tried to call be phone but does not get serviced and no response. I hope it can be solved by getting the product eventually or if not get refunded as I have paid for no product. Kind regards Lars

We are very sorry for this problem.
You did send an email yesterday at 5pm and placed your review at 11am this morning; this is why you didn't get an answer yet. Our office hours are wrotten on the website Mon to Fri : 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. We do answer all telephone calls and also emails, usually in less that 24hours.
Concerning your parcel, it was delivered on Sept 4th and returned by the swedish carrier because it wasn't collected in your chosen pick up point within the allotted time. We are not responsible for this return.
Our After Sales Service will contact you to quote a new delivery.

Hello,
We're sorry your order was lost by Fedex. You did receive multiple answers by email Your 1st email was received at 11:52am and answered to at 2:52pm. You answered at 1:30am and got an answer at 9:49am. We cannot be faster, we're sorry. We don't understand why you say there was no answer.
A new parcel was sent to you as soon as we discovered you parcel was lost and your shipping costs were refunded without even asking for it.
