I received a print with the wrong frame. It looked nothing like the photo and described on the website. Colour and finish totally different. It took over a week of chasing customer service to get a resolution. They wanted me to destroy the whole frame and send proof before they would give me a partial refund for the cost of the frame. Eventually spoke to a lovely man who helped with the refund without ridiculous preconditions. I won’t be buying from them again.

My parcel came with foot prints on and the frame damaged, I’ve repaired the frame as I didn’t want the hassle of returning it.
