Love love the cards, but the hand writing that I saw on my mums Mothers Day card, I was quite shocked, left me speechless, if I'm honest with you. I thought the hand writing was going to be written in a straight line, at least, but no, it started going up and up. I would have thought that Mum would have been in the top left hand corner of the card, not 2inches down , just does't look professional and you charge £1 to get hand writing like that, nothing was aligned. I am now in 2 minds whether to use Love Kates cards again, just because of the state of the hand writing. Its the first time Ive been shown the hand writing, I was truly gutted.

The selection of greeting cards was amazing - I found some beautiful designs that I hadn't seen anywhere else (and I searched A LOT!) The range of choice, along with top notch customer service, quick delivery and everything arriving really well packaged (including a surprise gift!) has made my first buy from LOVE KATES an absolute dream! I stumbled along Love Kates whilst searching for a birthday gift for my friend. But there were so many amazing things on their site, that I also bought valentines gifts for my hubby. Amazing selection at better prices than on the high street. Great communication, fast delivery and excellent products.

The cards are wonderful value and the card writing service is a bonus. Only problem l have encountered is on the ordering site if wanting multiple cards with messages to different addresses. These problems have been resolved quickly by yourselves Thank-you..

Easy ordering and fast delivery. Spoilt for choice with the amount of cards, and options for so many different occasions. I always get my daughter a Mother's Day card and this year didn't disappoint - she loved her pop up bouquet! Thanks a lot.

Very nice cards for their prices. They are well packed into a box which fits into my letterbox. They arrive within a few days. No complaints about anything .
