Excellent if you're on a budget (You get what you pay for), kitchen products superficially look nice but the "devil is in the detail", we have purchased several Klarstein products and up close they are low-quality and poorly manufactured. With our Kitchen products (extractor and induction hobs) panels don't meet, the paint on the glass is rough and not even, the motors are slow and loud, panels and hinges very thin. One of our purchases is an induction hob (with an adapted UK plug) this is 3.5KW which is dangerously overpowered for the UK.
We also have three standard tall fans, these are on another level, they are brilliant (good quality, powerful and quiet) feels like two different companies when compared to the Kitchen appliances. That said for the price we are very pleased.
Good extractor but much noisier than expected, light are poor and instructions not as clear as they could be.
No information on replacement bulbs and if you can find them the bulbs themselves are very expensive around £12 each. Also no option for warm or daylight.
Actual method of replacing could be simpler, currently requires removing two screws and the panel containing the lights, unclipping the bulb unit and disconnecting from

I placed an order with you and paid for the product I ordered. Ten days later you cancelled my order without any explanation. Bad service. I won't recommend you to anyone.

The order could have been cancelled by different reasons; no stock, wrong payment, system malfunction, etc. You should have definitely been informed of the cause behind, sorry.

Our item was sent to the wrong address twice, when it arrived it was almost 100% damaged. We want a full refund and the item removed or we will dispose of it ourselves as they will never be able to sell it because of the damage. Their Customer Service is a disgrce, the first time they deliverd to the wrong address, they asked us to pick it up and return it to them. They should not be allowed to trade.

My parcel went missing / was returned to them which never happened , so they expected me to wait weeks on end for my £80 refund , so i had to do a Paypal dispute to get my own money back as they were still waiting for it a month later even though it was CLEARLY lost in transit!! :-(
