I have not yet received the product, but based on the customer service, friendliness, response time, and helpfulness, this company could not have been more perfect. Try checking spelling engraved box and bottle of champagne sent to my brother for his 60th birthday his name was misspelled order was correct spelling, Russell your spelling Ruseell very disappointing as it was for a special birthday.

Great experience here. Very helpful over the phone to expedite an order. Great collectable product delivered well packed, next day on a Saturday. Will certainly use again. I wish all online experiences were as good as this!!

Fab experience. Was dispatched fast, and great looking bottle of wine.
Only thing I would say, if they should put a sign on the box saying this way up. But wrapped very well, no damage at all.
