A very good good choice of lamps and excellent customer service! I gave 4 stars only because some lamp descriptions are not very accurate. I was interested in solid wood lamps but some say "wood" even thought it's wood imitation (some indeed say "wood like"). Also description "light" or "dark" wood is not sufficient and can be misleading. If a lamp is made of oak, rubber wood or bamboo it should be clearly explained because if I order let's say 3 lamps for the same room I want that they all are of the same wood e.g. all oak.
A week on after we paid for the order we still didn’t have any update, on the website it says processing snd it was processing since the day we paid. I had to call them to find out that they are waiting for one item out of eight to delivered from the manufacturer. It will take at least another week, then it will be another week for the order to be delivered to us. It would be nice to have a little email with update on the delivery situation.
Ordered 2 light fittings and they are quality. Delivery time reasonable considering that they have come from Germany. Had notifications from parcel force and looking on the website order status said shipped, would have been nice to get an email saying when the order shipped but that is the only criticism. Well packaged and arrived safely.

Huge range of products.
We had been looking for a while to replace a defunct mother & child lamp but wanted something a bit different. Very happy with the vast selection, just need to use the filters.
Lamp arrived within a week and was easy to assemble. It’s well made and looks great.
We need another and will be back.

Badly damaged product, really bad customer service
We bought a lovely wood beam over table light which was delivered yesterday. It is not only badly damaged, someone has tried to do a repair on it which is awful and totally visible. I have tried and tried to email with their customer email address and filling out their online form and NOBODY has had the good manners to answer me. We simply want this collected and replaced. It should never have been sold to anyone!

We love the floor lamp, looks fabulous in our new extension. We saw the lamp at another shop and did a search on line and you were half the price so we love your prices as well. Another very satisfied customer!

Highly recommended! Quick delivery and a good price.
I didn’t initially realise that I was ordering products from Germany, and when I did I was slightly worried that I would be charged more than the advertised price because of duty and vat now the UK is not in the EU. I need not have been concerned, I was charged the advertised price. The products are very good, they were sent quickly and packaged very well. I would certainly buy from this company again. Very pleased.

Can't really ask for much more, the product description was good, the article that arrived was exactly as quoted and well packaged. No complaints at all. Because of installation requirements I asked a question of the company and they responded next day. Need further recommendation - I'd use them again.

Great light fitting at a good price, bought for my kitchen, not installed yet as having my kitchen refitted but I am confident it will look great. Very quick delivery. Lovely website with lots of beautiful light fittings for every room , would recommend.
