Pat on the back for whoever packed for shipping - multiple layers ensured package was clean and dry after mixup with courier meant it was out in the heavy rain overnight
The delivery are extremely slow and very expansive with both FedEx and UPS. The procedure is heavy and the goods when they arrive work for few days then break. The return policy is not clear and not certain.

Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery time by the couriers. Your order has been dispatched in accordance with the shipping time. Unfortunately we have no influence on the service life of the drive, this is the manufacturer's responsibility, not ours, however we did not leave the customer without help and ordered a new drive straight away so that the customer could enjoy their purchase.

Still waiting for the money back.
They canceled my order due to lack of stock and after a week I'm still waiting for the money back.
I would not recommend buying from this store under any circumstances.

First of all we would like to apologize to you regarding the failure to fulfill your order, unfortunately the product you ordered was not available anywhere and we were able to order it for ourselves.
We apologize most sincerely for the delay in your refund, we made a refund immediately after cancelling the order, while PayPal, for unknown reasons, blocked our funds.
I checked unfortunately there is no all time availability on this product.
