I am always apprehensive when buying anything online as you never know what the outcome will be. However, I can honestly say that the Customer Service I experienced with Moonlight Design is one of the best I have ever had. I chose what I wanted, it was delivered within 2 days and the protective packaging meant there was no chance of breakage! Will be looking to purchase more!

The tiffany table lamp arrived quickly and was well packed. However the colours of the lamp were very different to the ones in th e online picture. This lamp was bought specifically to match our existing tiffany ceiling lampshade and colours in the Liiberty material on our settees. The colours are not an a slight variation but totally different. Therefore the picture online is very deceptive .

Excellent with initial telephone stock check. I then immediately placed online order and products arrived the next day. Products had manufacturers original box seals and work perfectly. Price paid was very competitive. Would recommend Moonlightdesign.

I think they are a very professional organisation with the exception that what I had ordered was ultimately out of stock. However, they informed me of this quickly and I subsequently had to cancel the order.

Delivery was within 24hrs!!! And I absolutely love this light, would never have considered a light of this design, just happened to see it when scrolling.

Lots of choice on website and good fast delivery. They were by far the lowest price on the light I wanted. Not put it up yet will hopefully do at the weekend, but looks very nice in packaging.
