I ordered the test for my blue staffy who has some allergies and skin issues. I was sceptical at first. However I had speedy test results. I sent my sample off on the Monday (1st class signed for) and I received the results by Friday afternoon. The online chat team were very quick to answer any questions. Also I like to think the test results are quiet reliable as I know she has issues with beef and turkey and they both came back as 100% reactive. This has made me feel more at ease with the results and the only food I was giving her with a 100% reaction was yoghurt. I feel that this test has helped me narrow down and able to eliminate more foods I hadn't even considered. The only downfall was , the app I downloaded would not work. However it turns out I didn't need the app, and the tracking system on your main page wasn't kept up to date. when I contacted your chat team informed me the exact date and time the sample had been received.
Scam. Said test 300 items but reports only gives 49 items with silly tests like abalone, clams and galangal which one would not give to a dog. Report seems like a standard one for humans and not dogs with comments such as brittle fingernails and nausea. Then it said my dog was deficient in Vitamin D and should feed salmon but he eats salmon every day. Noticed on Trustpilot that a USA website called Pethealthathome had exactly the same website but in US$. Complete scam. Have reported to Trading standards and applied for refund through paypal despite them saying money back guarantee. They ignored my request. Dont waste your money
The service is easy to use and results very thorough however everything came out pretty much around 90%, so I’m still none the wiser as to what my cat is allergic to and why she is breaking out in sores.
I would liked to have seen a clear front runner identified so I could remove the offending ingredient from her diet.

The results seemed a little impersonal and generic
The results seemed a little impersonal. Most items listed were what most dogs can’t eat anyway. My dog has severe reactions at times and I was hoping for a more detailed report

Not as clear as I assumed it would be.
I’m not really sure what I was expecting from the test other than to list items my dog was allergic to. I was getting confused with the results as some items I wouldn’t clearly feed to my dog. Perhaps a blood test would’ve been easier as I wanted to know what was causing the dogs allergies and upset tummy.

Ordering the test was easy, however the test results did not achieve the results one would have expected and easy enough to point to any particular remedy. In essence the results were medium or high risk, ruling out most food intake.
