I ordered the test for my blue staffy who has some allergies and skin issues. I was sceptical at first. However I had speedy test results. I sent my sample off on the Monday (1st class signed for) and I received the results by Friday afternoon. The online chat team were very quick to answer any questions. Also I like to think the test results are quiet reliable as I know she has issues with beef and turkey and they both came back as 100% reactive. This has made me feel more at ease with the results and the only food I was giving her with a 100% reaction was yoghurt. I feel that this test has helped me narrow down and able to eliminate more foods I hadn't even considered. The only downfall was , the app I downloaded would not work. However it turns out I didn't need the app, and the tracking system on your main page wasn't kept up to date. when I contacted your chat team informed me the exact date and time the sample had been received.

Scam. Said test 300 items but reports only gives 49 items with silly tests like abalone, clams and galangal which one would not give to a dog. Report seems like a standard one for humans and not dogs with comments such as brittle fingernails and nausea. Then it said my dog was deficient in Vitamin D and should feed salmon but he eats salmon every day. Noticed on Trustpilot that a USA website called Pethealthathome had exactly the same website but in US$. Complete scam. Have reported to Trading standards and applied for refund through paypal despite them saying money back guarantee. They ignored my request. Dont waste your money

Scam waste of money
Scam. Said test 300 items but reports only gives 49 items with silly tests like abalone, clams and galangal which one would not give to a dog. Report seems like a standard one for humans and not dogs with comments such as brittle fingernails and nausea. Then it said my dog was deficient in Vitamin D and should feed salmon but he eats salmon every day. I used Test My Pets , with the same hair from my dog but under 2 different pet names and a friends separate email, and the test results did not come back the same, so therefore not be trusted and a waste of money, which was £27.50 per test , a waste of £55.00, I would not trust this company at all.

Thorough report but not convinced…
The service is easy to use and results very thorough however everything came out pretty much around 90%, so I’m still none the wiser as to what my cat is allergic to and why she is breaking out in sores.
I would liked to have seen a clear front runner identified so I could remove the offending ingredient from her diet.

Complete scam.Says tests 300 foods but results returned with less than 50 test items most were ridiculous items such as abalone or galangal. The biggest give away was saying my dog was deficient in Vitamin D and to feed him salmon and sweet potato. This is what he eats every day. Full refund website says is a lie. They dont answer your email. Absolute scam

A true banging your head against a brick wall experience
I wanted to get my itchy Labrador tested so tried TMPs.I filled in the form paid my money....then it all went wrong.I could not open the file on the website with anything.3 failed chats and numerous emails later I got absolutely nowhere.Dispite knowing my email and password I could not sign into my account,I tried to reset the password,i never received any emails to do it and never received any emails with instructions.
If you want a banging your head against a brick wall experience you've come to the right company.Never did the test and despite asking numerous times never got my money back.

Very disappointed with their test. It didn't pick up any of the major sensitivities that she has. And then when trying to contact them their online chat service was useless. Very poor, requested a refund and no response. I would not recommend them or ever use them again.

Results came through a week after sending the sample off. Really good to see what my dogs sensitivities are so I can try and avoid them and confirms the seasonal ones I'd always thought she had.
Would definitely recommend.
