I purchased a copy of Bitdefender Total Security 2024, Multi Device 10 Devices 2 Years from Blitzhandel24. I have been using Bitdefender for a good few years and they do offer some reasonable discounts when renewal is due. However, they no longer allow you to append your new purchase to the existing antivirus subscription. Rather, they simply say that your new cover starts as soon as you download it! In my case I could have easily, effectively lost about 2 months of antivirus cover if I'd not read the small print! That smacks of Sharp Practise to my mind, aiming to catch out the unwary, but I do like their product. By using Blitzhandel24, I could purchase the updated software when I wanted to and it's not until you actually activate it, with the new Key Code that the new subscription starts. That is a big plus in my opinion. I also liked that I could buy a subscription that covered 10 devices for 2 years. I wasn't able to find such a product direct from Bitdefender, another big plus. Finally, the price is better than the discounted prices that Bitdefender were prepared to offer me if I bought direct from them.
A great service was provided, with the download available pretty well as soon as I made the purchase. I'd have no qualms about buying from Blitzhandel24 again.

TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

Worked perfectly - Taken me longer to write the report than set up my new subscription
I was coming to the end of a previous AVG Internet security and Tune up packages purchased separately (one day apart) so I did not need to download these packages.
This time I purchased AVG Ultimate.
All I had to do was to open ‘Subscriptions’ on the AVG account screen and entered the email supplied product activation code and this automatically created and displayed the durable activation code in my AVG account.
Old Tune up subscription had two days to run and so I had to click on a button to switch to the new subscription, though I suspect that this would have been automatic two days later.
Secure VPN and Anti Track appeared in the account screen and I simply clicked on buttons to download.
Not sure if I had to manually enter the activation code for VPN and Anti Track, but if I did, it certainly wasn’t a problem.
Later used the activation codes to put AVG Mobile Internet Security (which includes Secure VPN) on two iPads, by downloading App, clicking on ‘Already Purchased’ and entering the activation code.
SIMPLE
Taken me longer to write this than set up my new subscription.

Never failed in delivering good software at a good price. My only regret is I didn't buy the back up USB you can get, the first time I used them. Always happy to help as well, I lost all my first purchase and purchase information as well when an SSD failed and I lost my whole system. They supplied all the software and information I lost after 1 short email to them. You cannot ask for more or a better service than that.

Superb shop to buy from
I wanted to buy a software product and had specific questions about it, so I emailed these and was truly astonished to get a list of precise, accurate and prompt replies which enabled me to decide whether or not to buy it. I expected an A.I. response with little or nothing to do with my questions, but was delighted to find human beings responding quickly and helpfully. An exceptional and wonderful experience!

BlitzHandel 24 area good company to deal with
As I am one of the Grey people it is nice when a company does not treat us as aliens. I had an issue with QR codes and Adobe interaction. All cleared up by BlitzHandel 24. They are a superb outfit to do business with. The product may not be as good as our previously working Adobe Photoshop version 7 but for a non subscription version it is a good replacement. Make sur you download the user manual from the net.

Trustworthy and good service
After changing our PC, we were left without our previous version of Serif Page Plus, which we had always valued for design purposes. Seeing that Blitzhandel were rated as a Trusted Shop gave us the confidence to order a new copy of Serif Page Plus 9 from them. The download went very smoothly, and we now have Page Plus again. They also quickly answered our question when asked. Very satisfied with their service.

Another old Serif programme succesfully added to my Windows 10 PC. I still have Draw 5 on my old XP and still use it most days. I missed it tillnow and it was easy to install.

Excellent support, good discount on software which works well.
Offered a product I wanted at a good discount, but then were there to help quickly with any technical question I had with the software. It's great to have support written by a person, not an automated robot, as the answers they provide are always very helpful. I really recomend them and will buy from them again. They offer discount on software, which is always works, so they are excellent.

Very good. Firstly I was attracted by the excellent prices, and the website is simple to navigate. Placing the order is quick and easy, and within minutes I have received and installed the software.
The first time I shopped with Blitzhandel I wasn't sure; they say that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. But no, they do exactly what they say, and they do it very well.

These guys are always good.
If you have a problem it gets sorted quite quickly.
Ok so there is no phone support as such but emails tend to be answered quickly.
They will even send an email to let you know that they are dealing with problem.
I have used then now for a few years and always returned to check there prices for my requirements.

Top quality service
Blitzhandel24 gave me outstandingly good service. I had a problem caused partly by my own ineptness and partly by a software conflict on my computer. At every stage the technical support was calm, polite and kept me informed of what was happening. Despite the complexity of the situation it was resolved in a matter of minutes. For all of that I am very grateful.
