TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

Activation difficulties
I purchased two items of software; both downloaded and installed without any problems. However, I had difficulty activating both but Blitzhandel were able to work with me to swiftly sort it out. The problem was associated with my computer and had nothing to do with the software. Well done Blitzhandel.

It all worked out right in the end. What I would say is that for people of my age it sometimes needs a lot of explaining .For example it worked for me when you advised me to register the product on my account page and only AFTER this to go to the ACTIVATION page .

Please make it so that along with the codes I order, my invoice comes automatically. I have to remind you every time. Just write down somewhere that we always ask for an invoice!
