TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

Competitive with great support
I have dealt with Blitzhandel for several purchases over the years and found them to be competitive on price and excellent on follow-up. Their support service is far better than others I have dealt with in the same market place (software supply). Very responsive and they have always resolved any issue I had.

Blitzhandel were on hand to resolve my downloading problem.
I ordered software and that was all fine until I ran into a problem I couldn't deal with. Thankfully, Blitzhandel were at hand to resolve a software conflict on m computer. I was very pleased with the way it was dealt with - the competence and the speed. Would happily buy software from Blltzhandel again.

The customer service was excellent, access 2021 was the second product I have purchased with Blitzhandel24 Coral draw 2019 and that works like a dream. The last time I used access was back in 2006 so I am looking forward to using it again. Thank you for your help, Clemens installing Access.

I had an excellent customer service, had a problem with software serial number Blitzhandel 24 helped a lot in fixing the problem. I made the mistake when installing serial number and Blitzhadel24 went the extra mile to fixed it out.
I would highly recommend Blitzhadel24 100%.

I like the fact that you can choose a relatively cheap product such as Microsoft Word 2010 or if you want to spend a little more you can get Microsoft Word 2013 - and many other options. Download is immediate and the licensing is genuine.
