We live in North Yorkshire and found this wonderful furniture store whilst visiting Bath…….what a find ! An amazing selection of traditional and contemporary furniture, displayed beautifully over many floors. Sally, a most pleasant sales lady, helped us to make our choice of table, chairs and sideboard - her extensive knowledge of all the ranges was so helpful and her input most valuable and welcome. Delivery was arranged by Stuart ( of dispatch)…..so lovely to speak to an actual person - who was charming and most accommodating. Our furniture arrived yesterday, transported and delivered by Sam and Jake who were most pleasant and helpful…… even though the trip took them almost 5 hours , they assembled the table and demonstrated how it extends and then positioned everything as I requested- nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with our new furniture…..it looks perfect in our new kitchen diner. Many thanks to the whole Hays team…….it has been a joy to shop with a company where customer service is their priority……..we'll definitely be returning soon !
Our ordered bed settee was originally due to be delivered at beginning of Dec. 2023. It was delayed by the manufacturer until late Jan this year. but I was only informed of this when I phoned Hayes to obtain a specific day in early Dec. I was told then that I would be informed immediately it came in in Jan. and would be delivered on the first delivery day for our area. Again that did not happen!
However I must give full credit to Frank and Rob our delivery team who took every possible care to ensure the item and our newly decorated rooms were not damaged. They took time to explain the bed settee mechanism and were both very polite
Great advice from Darren and Paul when looking for a bed and a sofa. Fabulous furniture delivered quickly and conveniently. Frank and Paul were really considerate and careful when delivering in the house. Most of all everyone is polite and pleasant. Thank you all.

selecting and ordering a new mattress and divan was made easy dealing with Rebecca. we were told approx how long the order would take and telephoned with due delivery date and expected time. delivery was no problem and both delivery men were careful and helpful.

Excellent delivery service
Outstanding service by Frank and Paul on a very heavy and difficult delivery. They took great care and time to avoid any damage and placed and set up my ordered goods exactly where I wanted them.
They were both very polite and courteous and a credit to TRHayes.

Phil our sales person was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to choose the style we wanted. Steve and Jake arrived on time, were polite and efficient, then carried everything upstairs without a moan before expertly putting it all together. Excellent!

We ordered sofas, a mattress and office furniture.
From a sales point of view, Rebecca and Julia were great and from a delivery point of view, Kris, Paul and Jake were excellent, taking great care delivering and taking old items away from our first floor flat
As always great service, Ben was very efficient and helped us with our purchase of a new dining room table and chairs which was delivered by Kris and Paul with a smile. We would always recommend people to visit as you get good old fashioned customer service.

Excellent After Sales service
We purchased two sofas with the help of TRHayes sales team Caroline, Lucy and Simon.
Delivery was a little late - but the after sales service from Caroline was excellent.
The sofas are now happily installed and Delivery by Steve and Kris was faultless.

Really helpful,well informed sales assistant,Julia,prevented me making a costly mistake with her expert advice. Steve and Paul removed the old mattress and were kind and helpful when the replacement for the damaged mattress was brought. Excellent.

I enjoyed everything about the shopping experience. The assistant Julia was really knowledgeable and helpful and the delivery guys Steve and Nate were excellent. They took out the old bed and put in the new bed in no time at all. Flawless.

Luxury With Valuable Service!
Sam and Marcus in deliveries were excellent with ultimate care when steering and assembling the bed for me. They even moved an existing bed to another room! Phil the salesman was superb guiding me to the perfect choice of Vispring beds.

Excellent delivery service by Paul and Luke of Tr Hayes.
Delivered by Paul and Luke both of whom were professional and friendly, they were very careful both with the items on delivery and with the house and fittings. They cleaned-up anything that had fallen from the packaging completely.

Pleasant, professional and efficient. We live in 17c cottage. Not the easiest to find or to access and somewhat difficult (tight) stair turns. Sam and Marcus made everything seem easy
