We live in North Yorkshire and found this wonderful furniture store whilst visiting Bath…….what a find ! An amazing selection of traditional and contemporary furniture, displayed beautifully over many floors. Sally, a most pleasant sales lady, helped us to make our choice of table, chairs and sideboard - her extensive knowledge of all the ranges was so helpful and her input most valuable and welcome. Delivery was arranged by Stuart ( of dispatch)…..so lovely to speak to an actual person - who was charming and most accommodating. Our furniture arrived yesterday, transported and delivered by Sam and Jake who were most pleasant and helpful…… even though the trip took them almost 5 hours , they assembled the table and demonstrated how it extends and then positioned everything as I requested- nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with our new furniture…..it looks perfect in our new kitchen diner. Many thanks to the whole Hays team…….it has been a joy to shop with a company where customer service is their priority……..we'll definitely be returning soon !
Our ordered bed settee was originally due to be delivered at beginning of Dec. 2023. It was delayed by the manufacturer until late Jan this year. but I was only informed of this when I phoned Hayes to obtain a specific day in early Dec. I was told then that I would be informed immediately it came in in Jan. and would be delivered on the first delivery day for our area. Again that did not happen!
However I must give full credit to Frank and Rob our delivery team who took every possible care to ensure the item and our newly decorated rooms were not damaged. They took time to explain the bed settee mechanism and were both very polite
As ever, a pleasant and professional experience in the showroom. We quickly but confidently found the bed which suited our needs and purse. Thank you Phill. The predicted wait for delivery was accurate. A quick phone call before hand calmed our concerns over removal of the old kit. Steve and Paul, cheerful and helpful, carried the old furniture and stored it in the garage safely to await collection from the council at a later date.

Excellent Service
We had excellent service from your sales consultant Julia. Nothing was too much trouble she went above and beyond to ensure we chose the furniture most suited to our needs offering a range of products and she was very knowledgable.
Sam and Jake delivered our items with the utmost care and were very polite and pleasant.
These people are an asset to your company. I would highly recommend your store based on the service I received.
Without doubt the best furniture establishment in Bath and indeed the west of England, with a wonderful range of high quality items across the whole range of home furnishing. Our order recently delivered, went without a hitch, and and the delivery service (in our case carried out by Sam & Paul) was exceptional they were careful, courteous, and friendly and a real asset to the company, whom we cannot praise highly enough.....

I have just had my parker knoll furniture delivered by Sam and Steve really lovely guys unpacked everything and made sure I was perfectly happy .I also had excellent customer service from Julie who went above and beyond with everything I wanted to know .I have a problem with the chair legs being a different colour to what was ordered Julia has been really helpful in sorting this out for me .Many Thanks

Fantastic service all round from TR Hayes
Phil was very knowledgeble about the mattresses we were looking at, and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with every detail, when ordering. We were also very happy with the friendly, professional service provided by Kris and Jake who delivered the mattresses, and had to carry them up to the top floor of the house. The mattresses are top quality and extremly comfortable. Brilliant serivice all round.

Great experience from start to finish
Lucy was so helpful and patient from first contact right through to order, providing us every bit of information and plenty of photographs as we dithered about our choice! Steve & Kris were professional, careful and friendly as they installed the furniture, providing useful advice as they did. We've bought furniture from Hayes for many years and will again in the future.

We were impressed by not only the quality and comfort of the furniture we bought, but also the delivery process - courtesy of Kris and Paul. They gave us plenty of notice of their ETA on the day of delivery, and carried the pieces in carefully and smoothly. Thank you both, and also Julia, who dealt with the sale in the first place and kindly accommodated our request for a somewhat delayed delivery date.

Recently TR Hayes (Sam & Jake) delivered 4 new furniture items to my home. Their approach was to firstly establish the location inside my home for the new items and then to unpack and clean off any dust inside their delivery truck before carefully moving said items into my home. The job was performed professional by Sam and Jake and without any damage to either my house or to the new furniture items.

Really impressed with all aspects of buying armchairs and a sofa from TR Hayes. In the shop I was helped to buy, rather than sold to, by a very knowledgeable and patient salesperson.
On delivery, the 2 delivery people were punctual, worked quickly and cleanly to install and tidy up, and were courteous and considerate throughout.

Great customer service
Having recently bought a new bed I found everyone that I dealt with to be helpful especially the delivery department from the man organising the schedule to the delivery guys, Steve and Nate who were courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.
I would like to commend Steve and his partner, Sarah, for the the very smooth delivery of a recliner chair to my home in Cornwall. The delivery was efficient and they were both extremely pleasant. Although there were no other deliveries on the way, Hayes fulfilled their contract by sending a van over 200 miles just to deliver a chair. So thanks to Hayes and Steve. Sheila Percival

I am delighted with the curtain & rod; the difference it makes to keep the stairwell draught out, & keep the warmth of the flat in , it is all t hat I had hoped for but was n't sure that it was possible. Also, William , who fitted it was pleased to discuss the length of the curtain & it's fitting when drawn, covering all the draught spaces round the door.

Excellent service throughout
Phil was very good in store when advising us and only showed us the sofas that were suitable for our requirements.Otherwise we could have wasted a lot of time.
Luke and Marcus took great care with the delivery, having to lift the sofa over our garden gate. They even took the old sofa out the same way.
The sofa is very comfortable and well built, just what we wanted.

Ben is a superb sales person. Without him in the shop we likely would just have bought a bookshelf (£500). But, he was so good about pointing out other pieces and showing us cool features that we spent about £10,000. He was never pushy, but his level of knowledge is amazing.
Delivery by Steve & Paul was great. Very thoughtful and respectful of our property.

From the moment I opened my door to Jake and Sam they couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. I thought there might have been lots of sucking in breath and saying ooh we can’t do this but no they dissembled old bed quickly and carefully as was build of new bed. I’ll definitely visit Hayes again.

Mattress purchase and delivery
Julia was knowledgeable, helpful and anxious to oblige when we visited the store to make our mattress selection. Kris and Paul made the delivery exactly as arranged by her at the outset in a cheerful, competent fashion and we could not be happier with our experience of this and all our previous associations with TRHayes personnel over many many years.
