We had excellent service from the Salesperson, Phil, who took us to just the right sofa we were looking for having described what we were after. He was knowledgeable and helpful as we selected the fabric from the many choices. The sofa arrived within a month of ordering and as a bonus was British-made. It was delivered by Frank and Dom who were also very friendly and were able to successfully remove the old and bigger sofa without any kind of damage even though there was little room to spare..

Our ordered bed settee was originally due to be delivered at beginning of Dec. 2023. It was delayed by the manufacturer until late Jan this year. but I was only informed of this when I phoned Hayes to obtain a specific day in early Dec. I was told then that I would be informed immediately it came in in Jan. and would be delivered on the first delivery day for our area. Again that did not happen! However I must give full credit to Frank and Rob our delivery team who took every possible care to ensure the item and our newly decorated rooms were not damaged. They took time to explain the bed settee mechanism and were both very polite
