The jacket is great and very unique I’ve not seen anyone wearing one in England yet, that’s one reason I chose it plus the brand produces good quality clothing, its warm has very good wind resistance, I had to wear it once on a motorcycle without any issues at high speeds because I was late for an appointment, the jacket has lots of interesting feature's in the build quality you can’t appreciate them looking at photos, the Zip is very good quality, but I’d be happier if it was more chunky like the one on my Canada goose bomber jacket. I would of liked a faster delivery option I would of happily paid extra for that, I ordered the coat mid day Saturday, it was despatched Monday landed in England on Wednesday night and it arrived Friday morning.

Poor customer service & didn't receive items. My order was confirmed but never went through and I wasn't informed. Payment did not come out. I had purchased on Black Friday sale. I didn't receive confirmation email, so I emailed customer service and was assured that the order was confirmed and would take 4-7 business days to dispatch. When I emailed about it again, I was told the payment didn't work (despite it showing as confirmed on my booking confirmation screenshot)and I needed to put my order through online - but at the raised prices. When I asked about why I had to pay the full price considering I had a confirmation number for the sale price, I was given a 10% discount code which didn't cover the difference. The code ended up not working. I once again emailed with a screenshot, and was told they had no IT issues and that the code should work. It didn't work and didn't apply any 10% discount at checkout. But they did not address the fact that the code didn't cover the difference between sale and full prices. I left it at that. Funnily enough, I got notifications from the Shop app about this order being created, and then I was sent an email to review my order - which I never even received. Carhartt had many chances to rectify the issue as I emailed them so many times, but failed to do so. Polite emails with absolutely no substance.

Good quality clothes that wash well and last. Price is reflective of quality. My only gripe is the return policy of 21 days, much to long in these times.

Quick dispatch, cheap & easy delivery/return, higher price, slow refund.

The dispatch is fast, the price is higher than some workwear suppliers but wins out on free postage (or £1 postage as it now stands) it is a better option for trying out individual items for fit but sometimes I confess I do return and buy elsewhere to get a better price! Returns are very easy, the label being in the bag is definitely appreciated/just that little bit less effort. Refunds seem to still be planetary in speed.I don’t find customer service that knowledgeable about products in regard to material/technical detail.

Great easy transaction. Well done on the quick delivery. My only grumble was this was a Christmas present for my Hubby and as it was delivered with Carhartt plastered all over the packaging this kind of spoilt the surprise for my Husband as he received the parcel! So things to do better would be perhaps less obvious packaging at this time of year. Not sure about the fit yet because although he knows where’s it’s from he still doesn’t know what’s inside.

It seems I ordered the wrong jacket. I thought I was ordering the fleece lined version but actually ordered the unfleece lined version of this jacket. The item was well packaged and returns process seemed easy enough. I chose to keep it because it looked a good jacket. I've already used it out in the rain, loading up/unloading tools/ladders ect. Works well.

Great products, processed very slickly & arrived quickly. My only comment is that the sizing seems slightly odd. The medium bib & trousers was far too small for me though I am nowhere near the size of the model in Carharrt's pics. Maybe it's me that's odd, on the other hand. Either way, Carharrt sorted it very quickly. Thank you.

Speed of delivery; low cost postage were good Sizing of this item however appears different to other jeans. Carhartt has always come up larger than marked size but recent purchase of what looked like perfect work jeans with gusset and shaped knees, turned out to be too small. With great regret had to return item.

the quality of the product is superb. the sizing however needs looking into. i ordered and returned one previously, which was a xl and far too small. i now have one at 2xl and it's like a tent. cant be bothered to send back. delivery slow.

The t-shirt and belt were of a great quality and typical of Carharrt. However, there was an issue with the dispatching of the items and they were delayed by a few days which, is the reason for the 4-star rating.
