Couldn’t help but notice that BO failed to inform me of the tracking information including courier service provider at the time of dispatching the goods(I had to be proactive with this on a specific occasion at least a couple of times). As a regular e-commerce consumer I was a bit perplexed by this. Having said that we got there & RM delivered in good time, thankfully! Overall a good & pleasant transaction and shopping experience, thank you!
On a positive note, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of the goods purchase, a beautiful timeless organic style that will be appreciated by me for the rest of my natural human life experience!💚

I prefer natural and sustainable fabrics. I shop at Toast, Sideline etc. I am not sure how interesting some of the shapes are- they are a bit generic and not 'lovely'. I preferred it when you had less utilitarian wear and more linen - plus you don't do much for bigger sizes. But I love your shoes!

Lovely clothes, delivered in eco packaging.
Unfortunately no free returns so cost £9 to post an item back!

We'd love to be able to offer free returns, and it's something we're constantly reviewing, unfortunately with the increase of freight costs as a small business it's just not something we're able to do right now.
