I like a personal service I got last time. I ordered two tops on line and received an email that one of them is sold out already and that only one is its way. Since it happed to me before, this time I called a contact number and expresssed my disappointment. I asked why no one actually contacted me to give me a chance to opt for somethig else or in this case another size. Person I spoke to showed a lot of understanding, took my contact number and rang me two days later once she managed to place the top I wanted in one size bigger. On top of it I had it sent to my address free of postal charge, since I have paid postage already. Thank you

Excellent products that are ethically and lovingly made. I am always impressed with the quality of the fabric used and construction. Such beautifully soft cottons and linens! Customer service is always efficient as well. To note, sizing does tend to run a tad large.

I prefer natural and sustainable fabrics. I shop at Toast, Sideline etc. I am not sure how interesting some of the shapes are- they are a bit generic and not 'lovely'. I preferred it when you had less utilitarian wear and more linen - plus you don't do much for bigger sizes. But I love your shoes!
