I have used Playwell off and on for more years than I want to admit to. They have always been my go too for anything martial arts related. From just the quality of clothes to personal protection equipment and weapons. I have always found that the quality and service and indeed quick despatch of orders, have never dropped nor changed over decades of use. Website is great to navigate and also if I'm ever in need of advice, the person on the other end of the phone are the fountain of knowledge that's required. Keep it up.

I still have not received the order despite paying for next day delivery. I understand that delivery is contracted to DX but that is your business choice and they are falling far short of an acceptable service level. It is particularly irritating for the last two mornings to be told, we have your item and will deliver today. A few hours later the messages changes to there is a delay. we will deliver soon.

long time satisfied customer

I have been using Playwell Martial Arts for quite a few years now In that time my deliveries have always been very quick and correct, quality of the products is good service is excellent On the odd occasion that there has been a problem I have always been informed immediately and the problem sorted straight away I have no complaints to make about Playwell.

Excellent service

I cannot fault the service, placed an order and within 30 minutes it had been packaged and dispatched via Royal Mail. I purchased break/smash boards for my granddaughter and they are excellent quality. Highly recommended

Smooth online purchase but bumpy delivery

Dispatch was very prompt for my bo staff, however, DX Delivery who were the chosen carrier had trouble with the item size at my local delivery depot. I had 2 non-deliveries before I went to collect it myself.
