Liked the competitive product price. Wasn't too keen on the postage rates which greatly added to the cost of the product and spoiled its bargain nature. Postal delivery got the chocolates very cold solidifying the fondant but leaving it for a half day in a warm room solved that. I can't remember if the parcel was smothered in plastic tape so won't comment on the lack of using brown paper parcel tape that is easy to recycle. Too few companies use that and indulge in a plastic tape fest which takes ages to remove before recycling the cardboard.
