Lovely quality clothes. Would like more detail in the description of how the clothes fit, e.g. generous or slim fitting, which would be helpful if between sizes.
I was really looking forward to receiving my new Normad jacket from you.
I had been sent the wrong size which is far too big when I looked to see if I could order the original size it had gone out of stock!!
And I had 20% off so I’ve lost out twice really
So one very unhappy customer 😔

My garment from Normad was exactly as described and as I wanted. It fits beautifully and will be wonderful when worn on holiday. The service received was excellent and timely. Recommended.
Lovely website with some beautiful products. I love the natural fabrics and bright colours. Clothing fits well. Easy to wash and wear. Perfect.

I ordered a jumper in the sale and it arrived in a crumpled "worn" condition and the quality was poor. What looked like a warm jumper was very thin, then the return for refund has taken ages. I've heard nothing and there is no clear way to contact the company when you really need to speak to someone.

The materials and patterns are lovely. I have two dresses both striking and beautifully made.
Sadly, one dress I ordered was not the right fit for me. It was returned easily, a refund given and another style selected.
Both of my purchases will be well utilised and can be dressed up or down according to the occasion.
