Lovely quality clothes. Would like more detail in the description of how the clothes fit, e.g. generous or slim fitting, which would be helpful if between sizes.
Had I received an acknowledgement of my returns ,I would be happy to give 5 stars as my initial order was delivered quickly and the quality of the clothing ideal for wearing in the heat .Furthermore excellent for my size 10/12 5'4" pear shaped frame,but I'm a bit concerned that my returns have not been received.
I recently returned items to Boden and received an electronic acknowledgement after having had my QR code scanned at the post office.Perhaps I am making an unfair comparison and live in hope that all is well with my returns to Nomads.I would like to exchange some size 8s for size 10s and 12s.Only one refund requested as I really like these garments.An acknowledgement of my returns would put the mind at ease.Hopefully they will have actually been delivered to the correct address🤞

Lovely designs, but sizing variable
Fast delivery and well made lovely designs. I ordered a T shirt and blouse , both in size 10. The T shirt was very snug fitting, but the blouse was huge, and I ended up taking it in. Why is the sizing so variable?

As a regular on line shopper, I can honestly say that the service I have received from Nomads, in particular Alex, has been exceptional.
Apart from the fact their clothes and ethos are super sustainable and excellent quality they back this up with polite, professional and efficient customer service. I had a problem on sizing and it was dealt with so well, free returns and super quick. I know that many retail sites offer returns but this was triple +++ with the personal touch from a human!

Excellent Quality and Service
Bought from Nomads for the first time recently. The quality of the clothing and materials are excellent. Arrived well packaged with minimal wastage.
I love the items I kept! A few things I ordered did not suit me, and the returns process was very simple.
I will definitely be ordering from Nomads in the future.

Great cardigan/jacket. Very well made and jersey material good quality. Ordered about 3pm on Tue and received next day! Nomads clothing are a rare brand today where quality and service are exceptional. Well done!!
I ordered 2 garments, unfortunately they weren’t suitable, though nothing wrong with the quality. The ease of returning them was good. I love that they are produced by people who are paid a decent wage.
