Attractive, informative and responsive web-site. Does not perhaps make clear whether I should be buying the bike seat from Urban Iki...not clear if they are the UK...or should I go to one of the dealers listed. Worried that if it is coming from abroad (netherlands, Japan) I may have to ay customs duty. Many thanks

I have been considering buying this bike seat for quite a while,, I chose because although more expensive then others the reviews seem good particularly safety for the child rider and ease of use and sleek design, hope it doesn’t disappoint as it’s expensive

The information and installation video when I bought from Argos were very poor. I returned it. I've now bought directly, so let's see if it's better. Front seat wasn't compatible with my bike (break cables were in the way).

Seems alright so far, website basket was a bit glitchy. Will wait to see how good the products are when they arrive. Not impressed by the expensive delivery cost for relatively small items.

The website is well made. And the order process is pretty good. Access to the Video and manual could be a bit more straight forward when navigating the product page

Style and functionality great, works really well, easy to install and to take on and off. Slightly lower price would be good

It's ok, all clear and simple, but I would like to know before the end of the shopping the price of the shipping.

Better if you could choose between mtb or compact adapter instead of having to spend more money to make it fit

Provide weight of seat products so we can be clear on compatability with our existing bikes+racks.
