Providing clearer overview of the 'whats in the box' so that I'm clear that the attachement between the bike rack and the seat is provided and I therefore do not need to buy another. This almost made me go with a competitor product, but I really like the design of your product and therefore stuck with it. I'm not sure how many other people would have dropped out of your funnel only to cost you more marketing €€€ in retargeting despite having bought another product elsewhere

The explanation and double checking that I have selected the correct seat for my mounting rack (MIK HD). I would like to see more close up photos of details of the product and also shots of the rear seat fitted to bikes as I was trying to work out if I could fit panniers but the photo didn’t show the lower section, I had to check Instagram.
