I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Absolutely love all my pictures and would buy again the only reason for 4stars was the packaging let it down. My order came in a cardboard box only and as a result the edge of posters were a bit crumpled. This wouldn't have happened if the came in a poster tube.

Pleased with my order. I have deducted one star as I had to go to a Tesco Express to collect it. After paying £ 4.95 for delivery, I would have expected my order to be delivered to my home address and not have to pay bus fare to go and collect it!

Prints and frames arrived as expected, great quality and securely packaged. Only thing to note was the hooks for the frames don’t come out far enough to hang easily, so quite long nails were needed to hang them but overall great value for money!

You would be better off without the integration of Klara it left a bad taste for our payment by a debit card which also disrupted the Evri aps ability to keep track of the order and delivery owing to the initial errors on-boarding Klara.

Received my prints and frames which are gorgeous and the frames which are of great quality only one thing I would say is that it took longer than expected for them to be delivered as my issue was with Evri not the best delivery company

Quick delivery, good quality pictures. They were in a tube as bought without frames, but they were really hard to get out of the tube as they were tightly in the tube. No issues, managed to get out ok eventually. Would purchase again.

Good prints that fitted in nicely with out style, they have a great selection on their website. Feels quite overpriced seeming as the quality of the images is not as sharp as I would have liked. Delivery took a long time also.

Great choice, I've purchased several items and really pleased with my choice. Only niggle is that each time (3) the oak frames have been out of stock. This has been over a period of 3 months. Delivery is a little hit and miss

Good range of products. Delivery was as stated but I felt it should have been a bit quicker. One of the products was an oak picture hanger which arrived with some splits to it, but still useable.

The product was exactly as ordered. Only criticism is that they used a courier rather than Royal Mail. Living where I do RM is always quicker as the couriers ship rather than fly the products.

The frames are good and they have a variety of options. Print quality could be better but I guess it's down to the low prices. I'd prefer to pay a little more for higher quality prints.

A good range of poters to choose from. Posters arrived on time in secure packaging. Good quality. Can't comment on frames as I recycled some from a previous project.
