I bought a frame and print. The print although protected by cardboard was creased in the corner. I had hoped that since I purchased both Desenio would have placed the print in the frame. That would have avoided the crease.

Ordering online was very simple. Had a good deal while placing the order but they always do anyway. Had a good variety photos but it would be nice to see a bit more cultural ones.

There was an issue with delivery but when I telephoned customer services, it was resolved to my satisfaction. I’ve therefore updated my review to four stars.

It's not helpful to not have an account in order to save your basket. But the options otherwise are great.

No issues with ordering and delivery. The print had a crease in it but isn’t noticeable now it’s on wall.

Prints are good quality and arrived quickly.

Lovely prints but bit on the expensive side

Love the posters- all came as expected however "Own photo" experience less than good... I ordered a photo of our wedding for £29.99 and I may as well have printed it out myself. Not even on nice photo paper and I thought it was a canvas for the extortionate price! Would not recommend that part of the service.

Order was easy and delivery fast. Good selection of prints and the ones that I got I really like. Only disadvantage is that the sizings of the prints are weird not quite A3 which is very annoying when purchasing frames for the prints as they aren't a perfect fit.

I like the prices, and variety of choice. Faster delivery would be nice And it would be good if all the items in one order arrived together.

Delivered quickly from time ir order. Packed very well. Nice prints and as discounted, even better’. Will be ordering again.
