I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

I ended up paying nearly seven pounds in delivery and shipping charges for an item that was worth just over eight. And I might have just been about ok with that if it had been delivered to my door, but somehow (and could have been user error on my part) it was delivered to a Tescos a couple of miles away. When you have my billing address, why would I want to pay over seven pounds in delivery charges to have to go somewhere else to collect. A complete pain and a waste of a couple of time collecting at the weekend. On the plus side, the poster was damaged, hence I didn't give one star

Damages goods, slow customer service.

Ordered two personalised photos as Christmas presents, when they arrived they weren't packaged properly and were damaged - I was told they would be replaced - then a week later told they can't be replaced due to a technical fault and i will be refunded in 14 days and to reorder with 10% discount - I jad 20% on original order- still waiting to here back and now without 2, what I thought would be, lovely gifts.

Delivery was quite slow and return process poor

Delivery was quite slow. I was informed a few days after ordering that one of the prints would not be available and would be refunded but this was part of an intended set. On trying to return the other prints that where no use without the other one I was informed I would have to cover the postage cost of nearly £10 which was more that the print I wanted to return.

Part my order was delivered to a newsagent and the other to my address. When I asked them to collect from the newsagent and deliver to my own address they said they would charge a fee. I was forced to cancel the order for full refund. Some retailers like diseno forget that consumers have a right to reject an order and still insist on forcing you to pay fees to keep it.

My order was late and when it did turn up it arrived at home rather than my chosen Evri collection box. The box was also wet and open both ends with the paper inside crinkled at the end. Luckily the posters were undamaged. However i wanted to send one of the posters back but decided against it as the price to return was nearly half the poster price! Not impressed.

Package was not delivered to drop box due to faulty lockers, however re-delivery was not attempted- no one contacted me about this. I had to chase this with the customer service team twice, it was then re ordered but one of the prints was now out of stock - then could only offer a discount code for the next time I used their services? Really dissatisfied.

Heavily edited online not high quality products

Order took longer then expected and was delievered outside my flat on the doorstop, I don’t think think the prints are worth the money- very expensive and not as high quality as I expected to be honest, heavily edited online as the colours are a lot more bland and don’t pop out as much, I mean they do the job but I must say I’m not that impressed

Desenio does not honour the 6 days maximum delivery engagement and should enhance delivery modalities As an example I still did not receive a canvas ordered 15 days ago and the support team is even not able to deal with the delivery supplier for this to be effectively delivered asking me to check… Bad experience overall.

Unclear Information

The impression is given that pictures ordered with frames will arrive already assembled together. Tis is not the case. Also no advisory that this is not the case so you get a frame with no picture in it and have to go through the hassle of contacting customer services to be told that your picture will come seperately

Received poster fairly quickly but actual print was poor - over exposed, background colour paler than the online image, and some the frame clips at the back were stuck - had to get a screwdriver to free them. Have ordered from Poster Store - prints were better colour and more saturated.

Quality prints but Delivery falls short

Quality prints, but lacks in delivery with Evri. Always love working with Desenio but the delivery side is lacking. It's a great initiative to utilise delivery to Evri pick ups but this can take alot longer than what is shown with no updates to the reason for the delay unless you chase.

Delivery was late and missed expected delivery and no offer of a delivery refund when I contacted customer services, communication was poor. A shame as the prints are lovely but let down massively by delivery and customer service

One of my pictures has a mark on it but I have not been able to get hold of you to get it changed! Or refunded. The number doesn’t work and the contact form won’t work it won’t let me attach a photo and won’t send.

The picture was cheap plastic on a frame which I hated and they had no proper Returns policy in place as they are based in Czech Republic so I wasn't going to pay to send it back. I gave it to charity.

Not the best quality paper

The quality of the poster I received was quite poor. The paper was so thin and for the cost plus post it was £19. It was creased and doesn’t sit straight in the frame. It looks wavy not flat.
