Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.
I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(
The frame that we ordered arrived damaged and unusable and I submitted a customer form as requested on the website which stated it would be responded to within 48 hours.
I submitted the form on Wednesday 13th March and had heard nothing by Monday 19th March so I followed it up and finally got a response confirming the we would get a refund but that it would take up to 14 days before it would hit our bank account.
This is the third time that we have ordered frames from Desenio which have arrived damaged.
I find the delay on responding unacceptable and I do not think that it should take up to 14 days to get our money back.
I would not buy from your company again and I am still not sure that I will receive the promised refund.

Mixed opinions!
Love the posters- all came as expected however "Own photo" experience less than good... I ordered a photo of our wedding for £29.99 and I may as well have printed it out myself. Not even on nice photo paper and I thought it was a canvas for the extortionate price! Would not recommend that part of the service.

I bought a frame and print. The print although protected by cardboard was creased in the corner. I had hoped that since I purchased both Desenio would have placed the print in the frame. That would have avoided the crease.

Resolved my delivery issue satisfactorily
There was an issue with delivery but when I telephoned customer services, it was resolved to my satisfaction. I’ve therefore updated my review to four stars.

Nice prints and yes, would use again , but delivery is sooo slow.
