Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

I love the prints from Desenio but delivery very poor

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Quality of the prints is questionable

The print quality is questionable. It's not high resolution, so pixels are very visible on large prints. As for the frames, the front is made of plastic, which is less than ideal, especially considering the £20 price tag. Unfortunately, the prints arrived damaged with bent corners. Although I submitted a ticket, I never received a response. Having spent over £200, I expected a better experience, similar to what one might find at Snappy Snaps, for example.

The paper is aging-resistant and we've chosen to use a matte surface for a high-quality feel with no glare. We chose plexiglass because it hangs more easily on the wall and behaves better during transport. The plexiglass also does not give off splinters and is less dangerous even if it breaks. The order was delivered fairly quickly. My only gripe is that the poster inside the very secure packaging was slightly creased. The packaging hadn't been damaged at all, so it looks as though the poster was creased when it was inserted into the box. I am hoping that the creases will flatten out and I can still use the poster. A bit disappointed this time as I'm usually very pleased with my orders.

Delivery time

Just the delivery time. Poster was delivered on the very last day of the time estimate, which I thought was not quick anyway given how quickly orders normally arrive these days.

My prints arrived loose on their own in the box. Someone didn’t bother to place them inside the map so they can be protected. I ended up not being able to hang them because of the way the paper now looked. Haven’t asked for a refund yet but I had the rest of the house to order for which is now obviously not happening. Shame

Disappointed i had to contact you to find out what was happening with my order and then it got cancelled the agent was not very nice he made it sound was my fault as there was txt or something but he could have been nicer. This has put me off ordering again and i really wanted this for my husband christmas

Allow normal delivery for those who have trouble leaving the house. For collection, allow more days instead of 2. Make location of lockers more specific, one at Stevenage Tesco is very hidden and took 2 days to find it. A bit overpriced but quality is still good.

Great value on sale items but some items disappointing when arrived e.g. appeared to be poor quality printing. Fine for the price we paid on sale but not worth the full price, in my opinion. Otherwise, great and vast choice and love the gallery wall options.

Delivery not as expected.Diverted to collection point. Not at all happy with telephone outcome regarding this matter, and upon collection my address was on parcel. Had to walk quite a distance to collect being a pensioner this was some task.

I feel you are frequently let down by your courier. It takes a while to receive goods. The posters arrive well packaged and I have bought loads of them but I always have to allow at least 3/4 days extra for delays.

The frames could be a better quality for the price. They also do not come with boarders. Some of the prints arrived damaged. Desenio is great for prints but not so much frames at present. An area to work on.

Website looks impressive but prints are average. My print was described as gold, when it was just a wishy washy yellow. Slow and expensive postage. Pretty underwhelming for £32 for two flimsy bits of paper.

Photo prints are of excellent quality but the white wood frames although very well made don't have a perfect finish and this should be mentioned in the description or visible in the picture examples.

Frame arrived with one corner gapping and a sliver of wood coming away - not very good quality. The print looks great though, even in the large size we ordered, we're happy with print quality.

I ordered two abstract prints that were black and gold. The gold looked really vivid on the website. The prints arrived today and it isn’t gold at all but beige/brown.
