Lovely print and frame matched very well , and really happy with overall look. There was no instruction how to remove the plastic film , i think this needs addressing.

I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

Part my order was delivered to a newsagent and the other to my address. When I asked them to collect from the newsagent and deliver to my own address they said they would charge a fee. I was forced to cancel the order for full refund. Some retailers like diseno forget that consumers have a right to reject an order and still insist on forcing you to pay fees to keep it.

My order was late and when it did turn up it arrived at home rather than my chosen Evri collection box. The box was also wet and open both ends with the paper inside crinkled at the end. Luckily the posters were undamaged. However i wanted to send one of the posters back but decided against it as the price to return was nearly half the poster price! Not impressed.

Returns

There has been a lot of problems trying to return these cushion covers that are too small. I have sent emails telling you I would like a Returns Form! When I have tried to send back per your website advice, my order number is NOT recognised even though I have tried lots of times with different delivery numbers. If you check your files you will see emails 😩

Disappointed

Nearly sent the print back it was so poor quality. Wish I did send it back but my daughter had her heart set on the print as part of her birthday present as she has medical issues i nearly cried .I actually copied it with my printer and it is so much better. Pity as I saw some prints I was going to order actually seven so far was going to be Xmas presents.

Package was not delivered to drop box due to faulty lockers, however re-delivery was not attempted- no one contacted me about this. I had to chase this with the customer service team twice, it was then re ordered but one of the prints was now out of stock - then could only offer a discount code for the next time I used their services? Really dissatisfied.

Heavily edited online not high quality products

Order took longer then expected and was delievered outside my flat on the doorstop, I don’t think think the prints are worth the money- very expensive and not as high quality as I expected to be honest, heavily edited online as the colours are a lot more bland and don’t pop out as much, I mean they do the job but I must say I’m not that impressed

Beware

Items haven’t arrived despite receiving notification they were on the way. No details on delivery in tracking, lack of response when contacted customer service. Christmas presents and will not be of any use unless they arrive tomorrow as they need to go overseas. Ordered early to avoid disappointment with any delivery delays but this is a joke.

Poor service

I ordered a poster, never received confirmation of delivery to the pick up locker, it was subsequently returned to Desenio. I’ve tried calling numerous time and have emailed them now twice with no response. I have paid for product I still haven’t received and I’m not happy about it. Poor effort from Desenio. Would not recommend.

Desenio does not honour the 6 days maximum delivery engagement and should enhance delivery modalities As an example I still did not receive a canvas ordered 15 days ago and the support team is even not able to deal with the delivery supplier for this to be effectively delivered asking me to check… Bad experience overall.

Unclear Information

The impression is given that pictures ordered with frames will arrive already assembled together. Tis is not the case. Also no advisory that this is not the case so you get a frame with no picture in it and have to go through the hassle of contacting customer services to be told that your picture will come seperately

Do not bother!

The customer service when you have an issue is appalling they basically say everything is fine when it clearly isn't. The quality of the prints that I received was something I could've done at home by just copying pasting the image and printing it out. I will never be buying from them ever again such a waste of money.

My frame arrived damaged, l have tried to get in touch for a replacement, no one has got back to me, l sent photos and numerous emails. Nothing. Now l have a poster without a frame and a loss of the cost of the frame as it can't be used. Very unsatisfied, appalling service. Would not buy from them again.

Beware of return charges!

I wanted to return 2 frames. As they were £16.99 per frame and there is a £9.99 postage charge I was told there would be no refund. Very disappointed customer whose total order was £178.00. Also prints were all damaged at the corners , were not packaged well. Would not recommend this company.

Received poster fairly quickly but actual print was poor - over exposed, background colour paler than the online image, and some the frame clips at the back were stuck - had to get a screwdriver to free them. Have ordered from Poster Store - prints were better colour and more saturated.

Quality prints but Delivery falls short

Quality prints, but lacks in delivery with Evri. Always love working with Desenio but the delivery side is lacking. It's a great initiative to utilise delivery to Evri pick ups but this can take alot longer than what is shown with no updates to the reason for the delay unless you chase.

Will never purchase from Desenio again. Delivery had defaulted to a locker pick up despite the receipt saying it was being delivered to my address. Customer services useless and didn't provide details of the dispute process per their Terms and Conditions when I requested them.

I ordered items on 19th August and not received

I ordered items on 19th August. I have not received them yet. I did click and collect. I have emailed Desenio and they advise they take 3-5 days to reply. It was via click and collect but items have not arrived at the stores I chose to collect them at.

So disappointed at the print quality

I’m so disappointed with my print it is terrible quality. Areas of the print are pixelated and with clear white outlines. Then to top it off you have to pay for a refund. Just a disappointment end to end, even though it arrived fairly promptly

Print size Ordered 50x 70x prints and I got 50x 70x frames from the range and I couldn’t afford your frames, the prints were just ever so slightly big, I ended up having to pencil out the frame and cut off pieces to make it fit securely
